Design and Construction of Operations and Maintenance Offices, Amenities and Workshop Facilities at Kwinana Bulk Terminal.
Fremantle Ports is seeking tenders for the design and construction of a new Offices and Amenities Building and Workshop Facilities at the Kwinana Bulk Terminal ("KBT") to replace the existing aged facilities currently utilised for Operations and Maintenance.
The successful Contractor shall be responsible for the supply of all design, management, supervision, labour, materials, surface treatment, consumables, plant, services, tools, equipment/facility, temporary services and facilities, transportation and any other items necessary or required for the proper and timely completion of the Works.
