The Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (the department) seeks offers to deliver an assessment of the commercial feasibility of depleted and near gas depleted fields in the onshore Otway Basin between Warrnambool and Port Campbell. It is within the scope of this Commercial Feasibility project (The Project) to carry out an assessment of the potential viability of additional onshore underground gas storage.
The assessment will include consideration of the costs, revenues and financial risks resulting in commercial value assessments of specific underground gas storage fields.
The inputs include data provided by the department.
The outputs required from this project include an initial assessment based on preliminary information, and a detailed assessment based on site-specific information.
