⁠⁠⁠The DTA’s guidance service is an open source community collaborating to create guidance to empower government to transform services for users.

The community manager will foster an active and engaged community, monitor and participate in online conversations, and build program visibility and thought leadership for the DTA.

You will be working in a distributed, multi-disciplinary team comprising of product managers, a delivery manager, content designers, interaction designers, software developers, and user researchers.

The DTA is developing a whole-of-government guidance service in collaboration with a community from across the government.

It’s an open source community collaborating to create guidance which empowers government to transform services for users.

The guidance service community manager will be responsible for ensuring an active and engaged community around a defined product, topic or topics, monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to foster cross-government collaboration, building program visibility and thought leadership for the DTA.
