Tender Description
The Principal is seeking tenders for the provision of grounds maintenance at Lilac Hill Reserve, located on West Swan Road Caversham. This includes maintenance of all playing surfaces and surrounds within the Reserve, and all non-active playing areas including the foreshore, picnic areas and verges along West Swan Road adjacent to the Reserve.
Maintenance requirements include minor irrigation maintenance for all watering systems, water scheduling, fertilising and turf renovations. This contract also includes turf wicket preparation for all wicket blocks and practice wickets.
