Tender Description
Kingston City Council (Council) is seeking proposals from Prime Contractors for the implementation of a ticketing solution for the Kingston Arts Centre, Kingston City Hall and the Shirley Burke Theatre. Ongoing support and maintenance is also required.
Proposals will be accepted for either or both of:
* “Pay as you go” – Software as a Service based solution (Council strategic direction)
* In-house hosted solution.
Implementation services must include:
* Project management
* Training
* Integration with other Council systems
* Installation support
* Data migration
* Suitable supporting and training documentation.
