Pilot Programs in Mental Health, Suicide Prevention, Alcohol and Other Drugs

⁠⁠⁠Would your organisation like to deliver a pilot program to complement existing services?

Is your organisation a proven performer in the delivery of quality mental health, suicide prevention and/or alcohol and other drug services?

Can your organisation work closely with, and integrate a sustainable program into the existing health and community services system in Gippsland?

Gippsland PHN is a not for profit primary health organisation with the key objectives of:
* Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services for patients, particularly those at risk of poor health outcomes; and
* Improving coordination of care to ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.

Grants are available across seven programs, ranging in value from $120,000 to $250,000 (ex GST), for implementation and delivery of services until 30 June 2019.

Proposals are currently sought from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver pilot programs in the following areas:
* Online support program for low intensity mental health services
* Online support program for drug and alcohol services
* Specific trauma informed psychological therapies program
* Early intervention autism spectrum support for children aged 8-12 years and their families
* Mental health screening, specialist consultation and treatment services for older people in Bass Coast/South Gippsland Local Government Areas
* Community based peri natal mental health services
* Suicide prevention Live 4 Life program
