For the Provision of a Project and Portfolio Management System

⁠⁠⁠Suppliers are invited by the Department of Education (DOE) to provide a Request for Information (RFI) response for the provision of a Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) System.

The information provided will enable the department to make an informed decision on PPM System options and develop a detailed business case. Therefore DOE requires sufficient information to determine PPM system options as well as the initial and ongoing costs.

The department manages approximately 200 projects and programs a year in addition to a significant capital works program for 1,200 State Schools. The department is diverse and currently has network of 5 Portfolio Management Offices (PMO), an Enterprise PMO in addition to numerous Project and Program Management Offices.
