The Victorian Public Sector Commission (VPSC) was established on 1 April 2014 through an amendment to the Public Administration Act 2004. The VPSC is headed by a single Commissioner and has a range of legislated functions to achieve its objectives for whole of government.

The VPSC promotes graduate opportunities across the Victorian Government sector, including the flagship Graduate Recruitment and Development Scheme (VPS GRADS).

During 2017, the VPSC listened to feedback from our stakeholders about what the Victorian public service needs from the GRADS. Now, in close collaboration with stakeholders and partners, the VPSC is embarking on a GRADS refresh aligning the VPS GRADS to broader strategic workforce planning.

The VPSC is seeking responses to this EOI for the provision of Candidate Management Services for Recruitment and Selection of the Victorian Public Service Graduate Recruitment and Development Scheme (VPS GRADS).
