Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to join a Panel of Preferred Contractors for the provision of minor refurbishment works.
A significant percentage of the ECU Facilities refurbishment works consist of minor renovations, repairs and renewal work that may range from $10K-$200K.
The Minor Works or Refurbishment Panel will be formed for projects below $250K in value. The successful respondent to the RFP process will be engaged on to the panel and will be managed by Facilities Service Centre.
The vendors will need to be available to work through the December/ January periods as this is a peak period for the University’s refurbishment activities.
Respondents will be subject to the normal evaluation process: qualitative, quantitative, value for money assessment and due diligence check.
