Tender Description
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is rolling out in the Bayside Peninsula Region and Port Phillip City Council invites expression of interest for JCAAA disability recreation and leisure services that it will cease to run from June 2018. Port Phillip City Council will not be registering as an NDIS service provider so some of its programs will end as funding ceases. Whilst Council will not be continuing to provide the JCAAA services (description below) Council is keen to identify service providers able to offer the same or similar programs in the area who meet the quality minimums our clients expect.
This Expression of Interest is designed to attract and identify quality service provision for age-appropriate activities that our clients may wish to choose as they develop their NDIS plans. Applicants may submit an expression of interest for any or all of the programs outlined below.

* By lodging in the Tender Box at the St Kilda Town Hall, corner Brighton Rd and Carlisle St, St Kilda
By 5pm on Friday 18 May 2018. Late applications will not be considered.
