NWMPHN is seeking to commission primary mental health care services for children and young people (aged 12-25) with, or at risk of, severe mental illness being managed in primary care.
NWMPHN recognises the opportunity to commission an integrated and accessible service response for young people and has pooled funding from across three program areas to enable this. A total funding pool of $1.78 million is available from across the three program areas of: Child and Youth Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and Afterhours Care to provide an integrated response to the complex needs of young people across four regions: Macedon Ranges, Melton, Moorabool and Sunbury.
NWMPHN is inviting applicants to lodge submissions for the purposes of the successful applicants being commissioned in an integrated manner that effectively responds to the complex needs of young people across the four locations to provide the required Mental Health, AOD and Afterhours Care services.
NWMPHN is simultaneously releasing separate RFTs on Tenderlink for each of the other three regions mentioned above.
If applicants intend to apply for more than one region they are required to lodge separate submissions for their chosen regions via Tenderlink.
