The City of Ryde (Council) is seeking requests for proposals from suitably qualified and experienced operators to lease the Ryde Park Cafe Building. The Ryde Park Cafe Building is located to adjacent to the Ryde Park water feature and was developed by Council to create a new hub of activity and contribute to the adjacent rotunda precinct within Ryde Park.

The current retail lease of the Cafe Building will expire in July 2018 and Council is offering Lease/Licence for a term of up to ten (10) years.

The Council of the City of Ryde (Council) anticipates that Respondents, will ensure that Council achieves the best value for money solutions for the leasing of the Ryde Park Cafe.

Respondents should note Mandatory Site Meeting- 10.30 am to 11.30 am on Tuesday 22nd May 2018 at the Ryde Park Cafe, Ryde Park Ryde.
