Sydney Conservatorium of Music Cafe

⁠⁠⁠The Sydney Conservatorium of Music is an historic landmark, positioned in the heart of Sydney's cultural precinct, close to the Opera House and surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens.

The Sydney Conservatorium of Music Cafe is located at the main entrance, offering great exposure to staff, students, tourists and the public. There are approximately 1,000 students and staff that attend the Sydney Conservatorium of Music during semester and approximately 23,000 patrons that attend evening events throughout the year.

The University of Sydney seeks proposals from applicants with retail and/or venue operations experience to transform the cafe at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music into a successful bistro and venue.
