Tender Description
The Grampians Rural Health Alliance (GRHA) is seeking tender submissions from suitable suppliers and/or service providers to deliver a security solution encompassing relevant hardware, software and associated services.
This includes:
* Procurement of a centralised firewall management platform.
* Procurement of a URL and SSL inspection service for the Ballarat and Melbourne firewalls or cloud based equivalent.
* Procurement of new security hardware (if required) at Ballarat and Melbourne in a highly available (clustered) configuration.
* Pricing for Implementation of IPS and Malware on key firewalls in Ballarat and Melbourne.
* Procurement of a cloud based or on premise email security solution for approx. 7000 mailboxes.
* Pricing for a high level design workshop and production of a high level security design document for GRHA.
* Pricing for implementation hardware and software components.
* Provide a price book for hardware and implementation services for firewalls within the alliance that GRHA and its members or customers may elect to implement as part of this tender.
It is expected that a flexible security solution that provides multi-tenant capability that will allow individual members within GRHA to view and configure security services that are managed by GRHA.
Additionally, GRHA are looking to improve the security capability by integrating centralised policy management of firewalls, which is expected to add greater network based malware and intrusion prevention capability as well as the inspection of SSL traffic entering and exiting the network.
As part of the migration to new products and services, GRHA are looking to migrate firewall rules from being layer 3 centric to application, user and role centric.
