Ballarat Health Services (BHS) invites tenders for the provision of retail services and office fit out at the Gardiner Pittard Building and the management and operation of the cafe at the Queen Elizabeth Centre.
This tender will provide the option for the Tenderer to either undertake a build program in conjunction with the layout proposed by BHS or alternatively, a design and construct program to suit the retail requirements of the Tenderer. The front entrance of the Gardiner Pittard Building allows for a 194 sq metres (approximate) retail precinct to be constructed inclusive of the café and kitchen area, gift shop and office space.
Only Tenderers who agree to provide the required services at both the Gardiner Pittard Building and Queen Elizabeth Centre will be considered by Ballarat Health Services.
