Monash Health Support Services provides support and maintenance services to ensure hospital facilities are tidy and running efficiently.
Monash Health are looking for a managed Service Provider with the capability, capacity and experience to manage cleaning services of satellite sites and parts of Monash Medical Centre.
The scope of includes:
* General cleaning, such as but not limited to floors (including carpet vacuuming), internal windows, washrooms, spill clean ups and small bin emptying;
* External window cleaning (including skylights, flywire screens and removing cobwebs/birds’ nests);
* Specialised cleaning of clinical areas such as Dental/Dialysis Treatment areas;
* Janitorial cleaning consumables. Consumables must be included in the service fee;
* Supply of specified bathroom consumables. This is limited to rubbish bags, toilet bowl cleaner, stripper and sealer; and
* Replenishing paper towels, liquid hand soap, dishwashing detergent and toilet paper.
