This procurement will provide ongoing support for the Unit Reference Number (URN) Management System.
The current URN Management System is providing mission critical support for deployed tactical systems. At present there is no support contract to provide minor system enhancements or to resolve technical issues within the deployed system.
As a system owner the Land Network Integration Centre needs to have access to ongoing software support services to ensure the ongoing availability of the URN Management System
The URN Management System was previously designed, developed and deployed under a separate contract. The system is based on a standalone instance of the Microsoft Dynamics toolset.
