Cairns Regional Council is seeking expressions of interests fromnot for profit charities interested in delivering the Annual Book Sale event on behalf of Cairns Libraries. The successful respondent will be fully responsible for all aspects of the event delivery and in return, will have the unique opportunity to receive the proceeds from the book sale event.

Enquiries:Enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions:Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the expression of interest documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the closing time.

Closing Time and Date:The expression of interest closes at 4:30 PM, Tuesday, 1 May 2018. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
