Carols in the Park Artistic Director Services

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to deliver Artistic Director services for the Carols in the Park Christmas event. The engagement requires the Artistic Director to plan, curate, coordinate, and deliver a vibrant and engaging program that reflects the diversity and spirit of the Cairns community.

Enquiries: Quotation enquiries, questions, or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the quotation. The forum will close two days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests, and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to our tendering portal, using the response forms within the quotation documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your quotation submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The quotation closes at the time indicated as the closing date. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal, or emailed quotations may not be accepted and will be subject to the Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the quotation specifications.

Quotations are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
