Tender Description
The objective of this Contract is to deliver Council's routine maintenance program for the Surrounds of its Sports Grounds in a competent manner, including the following functions:
(a) inspection and clearing of all areas Sports Ground Surrounds;
(b) cutting of grass on Sports Ground Surrounds in order to achieve the finish
required by this Specification;
(c) maintenance of garden beds, footpaths and hardstand areas
(d) spaying of weeds in grass areas
(e) mulching of garden beds
(f) mulching around trees
(g) repair of footpaths and hardstand areas
(h) oiling of bollards and park furniture
(i) top dressing and seeding of grassed areas
(j) satisfactorily completing all required reporting; and
(k) rectifying all defects in the required works and within required timeframes
