Tender Description
The objective of this Contract is to deliver Council's routine maintenance program for the Playing Surfaces of its Sporting Grounds and their Perimeters in a competent manner, including the following functions:
(a) auditing of Playing Surfaces for quality and safety performance
(b) inspection and removal of all litter, debris and sharps from the Playing Surfaces and their Perimeters prior to undertaking any turf mowing;
(c) mowing of turf on Playing Surfaces and their Perimeters in order to achieve the turf finish required by this Specification;
(d) topdressing, rolling, aeration, dethatching spraying, over-seeding, fertilising and application of chemicals on Playing Surfaces.
(e) replacement of turf
(f) resolution of all defects with the condition of Playing Surfaces and their Perimeters required under this Contract; and
(g) completion and submission of all required reporting
