Warramunda Village is an angel care complex located in Kyabram comprising a 61 bed residential care facility, 46 independent living units, and community housing consisting of nine bedsits and five flats.
Warramunda Village is seeking expression of interests from suitably qualified and expressions of building contractors interested in tendering for the construction of a new 22 bad residential wing in Saunders Street Kyabram.
The intent of this expression of interest (EO) is to provide Warramunda with a list of contractors to tender for these building works. The tender documents will be sent directly to contractors submitting an EOI to reduce adverting periods.
