Impact Investment Group Pty Ltd (IIG) is a leading Australian impact investment funds manager and co-investor.

The Solar Income Fund managed by IIG owns three operational solar farms, two of these, Mt Majura and Williamsdale Solar Farms are in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and are nearing the end of their Defects Liability Period (DLP).

IIG is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) proposals for the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of these two assets beyond the DLP.

Mount Majura Solar Farm is a 2.3 MW solar farm located adjacent to the Mount Majura Winery in the ACT it reached Practical completion late October 2016.

Williamsdale Solar Farm (11.2 MW) is located approx. 30 mins south of Canberra with Practical Completion achieved late April 2017.

The O&M services broadly required (but not limited to) are:

Daily management and operation of the solar facilities:
* Fault notification and response
* Grid interactions
* Spare part management
* Warranty management
* Security
* Reporting

Preventative and corrective maintenance of
* Modules/tracking/piles system
* Inverters
* Grid box
* Monitoring SCADA system and weather stations
* Balance of plant – including vegetation management, civil works

* Remote Monitoring and Control of facility
* Minor capital works if required
* Compliance with applicable laws, regulatory approvals, permits and related agreements

The EOI proposal should address the following criteria:

* Inclusions and structure of proposed O&M service offering
* Approach to positive social and environmental impacts
* Technical capability and resourcing
* Experience
* Health, Safety and Environment performance and approach
* Indicative pricing for O&M services
