Tender Description
Monash Health seeks to engage a suitable contractor for the installation of fire protection sprinkler systems and related works at Moorabbin Hospital.
The scope includes:
* Detailed layout design (pipework, cable routes, access locations)
* Preparing the installation locations
* Installation of sprinklers and associated equipment (pumps and tanks)
* Testing and commissioning to relevant standards
* Subsequent maintenance during the defect liability period
The sites are to be upgraded in three stages, based on three levels of priority.
