Tenders are invited for the alterations & additions to the Exeter Community Precinct located at 11 Murray Street, Exeter, 7275.
cmk architects are seeking registrations of interest from suitable building contractors for the alterations and associated site works.
Contractors are required to demonstrate previous commercial project capability for projects over $1M with their tender submission.
The building works are anticipated to commence July 2018 and are to be completed by November 2018.
