Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the above and close at 2pm on 12 April 2018.
The Contractor is required to Design and Construct the Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre. The development will include as a minimum a 51.5 metre indoor pool, other pools, gym, café, offices and meeting rooms, program rooms, car parking, landscaping and may include spas and sauna, water slides, kindergarten, allied health, day spa and other spaces.
Council intends to make use of Geothermal energy in this development.
