This project involves an upgrade to our current pound facility exercise area and are a requirement of the Domestic Animal Act 1994 No.81 of 1994 as well as the Code of Practice for the Management of Dogs & Cats in Shelters and Pounds Section 3.2.1 Animal Housing.
