As part of Manningham City Councils Capital Works Program, it is proposed to construct a splitter island at the intersection of Wallace Avenue and Springvale Road, Donvale.
The major components of these works include:
* Installing a splitter island.
* Removing redudant line marking and installing new line marking.
* Installing RRPM's and signs

The lowest or any quotation may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
