Tender Description
The sucessful Contracotr will facilitate and manage all required activities in teh delivery of the Gosford Civic Centre Administration Building Office Renovation Project. Please refer to the Technical Specifications for a detailed description of the scope of work.
The Contractor’s scope of work under the contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Supply and installation of office furniture
- Building and Construction of walls, doorways and other items
- Supply and installation of umbilicals
- Dismantle, removal and relocation of all current office furniture
- Demolition and disposal of all walls, doors and fixtures as required
- Isolation of fire, water and electrical services as required to facilitate works
- Procurement of all necessary equipment.
