Tender Description
DoT is seeking expressions of interest from a Proponent(s) for the construction of a floating jetty structure adjacent to the groyne located south of the existing public boat ramp facilities at Woodman Point Regional Park. The jetty construction will include the development of an access walkway over the existing groyne from the nearby car-park area, for the purpose of marine education and training associated with Recreational Skippers Tickets and other marine based accreditation.
The selected party will be required to enter into:
1. A Seabed and Ground Lease, (hereafter referred to as a "Lease"), incorporating a non-exclusive Licence to use an area of additional land and a combined Jetty and Mooring Licence ("Jetty Licence") for the construction and use of a jetty in the location indicated on the plan provided at Appendix A. Exact dimensions, location and construction detail to be as agreed between the successful Proponent and DoT.
