Overview
The Westport Program, working with Fremantle Ports, is delivering the Kwinana Bulk Terminal Redevelopment. Westport is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from the market for the design and construction of marine and civil infrastructure.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design and construction of marine infrastructure for the Kwinana Bulk Terminal Redevelopment
- Design and construction of civil infrastructure for the Kwinana Bulk Terminal Redevelopment
Tender Briefing
Westport will hold a mandatory briefing session for interested Proponents. The purpose of the mandatory briefing is to outline details of the Procurement Process, including the process, scope, probity requirements and evaluation considerations.

There will be an opportunity for Proponents to ask questions during the briefing, and any answers will be published on Tenders WA following the briefing. A recording of the briefing will also be published on Tenders WA following the session.
If a Proponent intends to lodge a response to this EOI, at least one representative of the Proponent must attend the mandatory briefing session in person or online. A registration link can be found in Volume 1 of the EOI Documents. Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
