Barwon Water invite landscape contractors to submit an Expression of Interest for the works associated with the abovementioned development.

EOI documents are attached. The proposed landscape works include significant integrated water sensitive and streetscape design elements including innovative children's playspace and community gathering areas. The scope to deliver these elements will consist of:

* Preparation of ground surface levels to match design levels.
* The supply and installation of lighting and irrigation pipework for landscaped areas.
* The supply and installation of hard landscaping including bedding materials, rock features, retaining walls, fences, bollards, paths, ramps, stairs, handrails, custom furniture, custom play equipment, interpretive signage, planters etc.
* Soil preparation, propagation, supply, planting and maintenance of street trees, garden bed plantings and grassed areas.
