As a supplier of contact centre solutions, you are invited to supply Council quotations for the supply of a contact centre telephony solution (“the solution”) for Tweed Shire Council’s customer contact centre.

The solution will allow concurrent telephone agents across multiple sites to answer and manage inbound telephone and multi-channel enquiries during business hours.
