User Research and Design expertise required to develop comprehensive customer personas for the AAT. Work also includes an opinion gathering exercise conducted with our tribunal members for 1) Gauging a broader understanding of how to improve our user’s needs. 2) Inform research towards the development of internal (users) personas.
This is part of a larger user experience portfolio, currently underway that has the objectives to better understand and document the user experience, identify options for improving that experience and to develop an ongoing framework through which the Tribunal can implement an embedded approach to the continual improvement of its user's experience.
"1) Formalise and document additional personas that interact with the AAT. This will provide a proper reflection of the diverse range of users and their need, creating a broad spectrum of our external and internal users and support development of a range of new or enhanced services and systems. These additional set of personas will add to the existing 'website focused' personas (i.e 5 personas) already documented.
2) Formalised and document opinions, suggestions, views of key Tribunal stakeholders (i.e Tribunal Members) of the user experience journey (and improvements that can be applied) by means of surveying a larger and appropriate number of Members across the Tribunal.
