Tender Description
To engage a Principal Contractor for the upgrade of pools, water treatment systems, building envelope, internal fitout, finishes and fixtures, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services and miscellaneous works at the existing Toronto Swim Centre.
Mandatory Pre-Tender Meetings: Tenderers are to attend at least one of the mandatory meetings.
