Kingston City Council is seeking expressions of interest for Mentone Shopping Centre streetscape improvement project as described within the Information Brief.
Council intends to form a panel of Civil and/or Landscape Contractors for the construction of new footpath paving, roadworks, streetscapes upgrades, landscaping, street furniture and lighting improvements.
The primary reason for establishing the panel is due to the tight timeframes that will be specified for the delivery of each stage. It is anticipated that the establishment of a panel, with contractors who have appropriate resources, will reduce the time between seeking formal prices for each stage and commencing construction works.
