⁠⁠⁠Description: The City of Armadale invites tenders for the provision of services as detailed below:

TEN/12/18: Construction and Activation Works Armadale Recycling and Landfill Facility

Obtaining Documentation: Specifications, criteria and documentation can be obtained via email, procurement@armadale.wa.gov.au, or by collecting the documentation from the Administration Centre, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale WA 6112.

Deadline: Tenders close on Tuesday, 27 March 2018 at 2pm WST. Tenders received in the tender box later than the tender closing time will not be considered for selection.

Lodgement: Tenders must be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and clearly stating the tender number and title on the cover. All tenders may be lodged by the following methods:

By deposit into the tender box situated in the foyer of the Administration Centre situated at 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale;

By post to Locked Bag No 2 Armadale WA 6992 (Responsibility for ensuring delivery on time rests in the entirety with the tenderer).

Conditions:
Canvassing of Councillors and Council Staff will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.

The City of Armadale does not intend to submit a tender.

Lowest or any tenders not necessarily accepted.

Tenders will not be accepted by facsimile or other electronic means.

Mandatory Tender Briefing/ Site Inspection:

A Mandatory tender briefing/site inspection will be held on Monday, 19 March 2018 at 10:00am WST at Armadale Landfill and Recycling facility, 145 Hopkinson Rd, Hilbert WA 6112.
