The Fair Work Ombudsman and Registered Organisations Commission Entity is seeking the services of an experienced agency to conduct robust user testing on our website and make prioritised recommendations about the design, user experience and other existing and proposed integrated functions. We're after both online and face-to-face testing.
The organisation is an independent statutory office, tasked with promoting harmonious, productive and cooperative workplace relations and ensuring compliance with Australian workplace laws. www.fairwork.gov.au is our busiest customer service channel, and focuses on delivering reliable, credible and accessible information on which our users can easily find and apply to their situation.
This work is being undertaken to help inform current and future projects to ensure our online service offerings are meeting our user needs and to identify unknown needs and opportunities.
