Tender Description
North Metropolitan Health Services (NMHS) require a company to re-instate fire and smoke barriers to Selby Lodge, Osborne Park Older Adult Mental Health and Casson Ward, Graylands Hospital which were constructed in 1984. The fire and smoke barriers of these facilities no longer meet current BCA standards for Class 9A building’s and require modifications to reinstate the existing smoke barriers as well as introducing new fire barriers to separate the patient care areas from non-patient care areas.
