Tender Description
Defence has decided to sell the 127 hectare Defence site known as ‘Defence Site Maribyrnong’, in Cordite Road, Maribyrnong, Victoria. The site is approximately 10 kilometres from the Melbourne central business district.
On 9 May 2017, the Australian Government announced that Defence will test the open market for the sale of the Defence Site Maribyrnong in accordance with the Commonwealth Property Disposals Policy.

Status
On 24 February 2018, Defence released newspaper and online advertisement to begin stage one market sounding of the open market sale process. Registrations close Friday 9 March 2018.
