Security Services - Regional Health Service

⁠⁠⁠HPV is seeking responses for Security Services for Participating Health Services.

The scope of this ITS includes:
* Security patrol services
* Emergency response participation services
* Security and building alarm testing
* Access and control room services
* Ancillary services
* Senior officer to liaise with Health Services, as identified.

This statement of requirement also includes services that are required to support the delivery of Security Services and the management of contractual requirements by HPV and Health Services. These include:
* Management Services relating to the provision of the above services, including (but not limited to)
 * Contract and performance management
 * Customer service
 * Reporting
 * Occupational Health and Safety
 * Risk management
 * Quality management, including continuous improvement activities
 * Financial management.
* Training requirements
* Transition in/out

The ITS will open on 26 February @ 2pm ONLY via the HPV Procurement Portal accessed via the HPV website.
