Tender Description
Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Provision of Medical and Allied Health Services for the Council workforce in accordance with this Expression of Interest (EOI).
These services are to be provided for a three year period commencing 1st May 2018.
The four broad areas of services to include:
1. Pre-Placement Medicals
2. Medical Assessments
3. Health Monitoring
4. Vaccinations / Immunisations
5. Injured worker services
Following this Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions will be evaluated and short listed. Selected suppliers will then be invited to the next stage of tendering.
Tenderers must submit responses in the manner required by this request for EOI.
Council has adopted a Statement of Business Ethics which applies to this EOI process. A copy of the Statement can be downloaded at Council's website www.shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au or see option below.
This EOI will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 1993, the Local Government (General) Regulations 2005 and the Division of Local Government Tendering Guidelines.
