Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the following services:
* New Meter Installations;
* Meter Replacements; and
* Minor Plumbing Works.
YVW is seeking to enter into contractual arrangements with Metering Service provider(s) who are willing to work cooperatively with YVW and commit to the key objectives of our business to deliver quality, cost efficient and environmentally responsible water services to our customers. This tender is for the installation of new water meters, the replacement of existing water meters and for minor plumbing works that YVW may elect to undertake on private customers’ assets, including water usage audits and water efficiency improvements.
From the Tendering Process YVW proposes to appoint Contractor/s for an initial contract term of 3 years with three options for further extensions by YVW for up to 1 year each.
