Tender Description
Development Victoria is forming a Panel of Residential Project Builders.
Development Victoria will deliver at least 1000 residential townhouses over the next 5 years in the western and southern suburbs of Melbourne.
Development Victoria is seeking Victorian registered design and construction builders with appropriate demonstrable experience in delivering town house projects in the order 50+ units per project.
