Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the civil and landscape construction works.
Yarra River Biodiversity Project Stage 6 is a rejuvenation project of the Yarra River corridor with native species planting and construction of a new shared bicycle and pedestrian path.
To date stages 1-5 have been completed from Punt Road, South Yarra to Grange Road, Toorak. Stage 6 works include; demolition, invasive tree and vegetation removal, jute mat installation, native planting, water connection via boring under Alexandra Road, construction of a three metre wide shared path, furniture, fencing and retaining walls.
Contractors are required to inspect the site to confirm all works and embankment grades prior to tender submission.
Submission to include proposed construction methodology and construction program.
