Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the provision of an enterprise Venue and Event Management Systen for Manningham Council.

The objective of the Venue and Event Management System project is to improve the customer service experience for internal and external customers wanting to book a room, function, event or park, or manage an event.

The full extent of Council's requirements are described in the specification and related documents.

Shortlisted vendors may be invited to demonstrate how their proposed solution fits the needs of Manningham Council. In preparation of this possible opportunity, Tender Evaluation Presentation scenarios have been provided with the documents available for download.

A tender information conference call has been arranged for 19th February 2018, between 10:00am and 11:00am. Tenderers are required to register their interest in participating in the call by emailling procurement@manningham.vic.gov.au. Details of how to access the conference call will be provided to registered participants prior to scheduled time.
