Tender Description
The Salesforce System Administrator will obtain an intimate knowledge of Monash processes and will act as the subject matter expert when aligning these processes with application functionalities/configuration.
S/he also troubleshoots and works with internal end users to ensure that applications (i) meet their needs and (ii) keeps pace with changes in university operations, policies and/or procedures. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator may coordinate and/or execute special projects to streamline existing operations or implement new processes to improve operations.
The position requires experience as a Salesforce Administrator, as well as some prior development work using APEX.
