The Requirement
Through this Tender Process, we are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified organisations to provide Project Management Services for Home Modifications in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering as attached.
The Opportunity
Through this tender process, the TAC is seeking suppliers to assist the TAC in delivering quality, cost effective home modifications in a timely manner as set out in the proposed contract at Part C of this RFT. The TAC is wishing to appoint two or more Service Providers to establish a panel for project management services.
Tenderers must note that the The contract provides that the appointment will be non-exclusive. Although the TAC’s preference is to use providers who are on the panel of providers with the TAC, the TAC Home Modifications Team may use other providers who are not on the panel.
