Notice of Supplier tender Briefing

Procurement Australia, on behalf of its participating members, is currently developing specifications and requirements for the below mentioned tenders scheduled to be released in February 2018.

These separate tenders are to be established Energy Supply Agreements with an energy retailers to service members’ requirements in multiple states.

This tender comprises the following energy categories via a fixed price, fixed term model:
* Large & Small market Electricity
* Large & Small Market Natural Gas, and
* Public Lighting

Energy Supply Agreement emanating from these tender will commence in July 2018 to coincide with current expiry dates.

To enable appropriate consultation of the industry on the requirements, timetables and closing procedures of both tenders, Procurement Australia is convening a Supplier Tender Briefing, the details of which are:
Date: Wednesday, 14 February 2018
Time: 10.00 am – 11.30 am
Venue: Melbourne CBD location to be advised separately to licensed retailer RSVP respondents.

This briefing is only open to direct employees of licensed electricity and or reticulated natural gas retailers. A maximum of two representatives per organisation is requested please.

This briefing is not open to industry consultations and or energy brokers.
