Tender Description
Bathurst Regional Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design and construction of the new facility to be built on Hampden Park Road at Kelso.
The Tender shall be for the construction of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and include the following:
1 Provide plant, material and labour to construct all associated works as detailed in the construction drawings and specifications
2 Carry out the works as indicated, in accordance with the current edition of the Building Code of Australia.
3 Obtain Development Approval, Occupation Certificate and necessary building inspections, or alternatively privately certify construction work, in accordance with Construction Certificate requirements
4 Provide site works as specified by the Engineer if required,
5 Dispose of all rubbish and debris
